This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a helpful 24-hour reception. The staff once guided me on the best taxi to take. Highly recommend it for your stay. I’m coming back for Easter!

I was visiting my son at SUNY Cortland and ended up staying for one night. The food at breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of options like eggs, pancakes, and yogurt. The room was clean, which I appreciated, as well as the helpful staff at check-in.

I had a solid experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Cortland. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was a standout feature with plenty of options, including hot cinnamon rolls and various egg dishes. The coffee served was also surprisingly good. Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly throughout the stay. However, there were a few downsides. The gym felt cramped and only had a few machines, making it hard for multiple guests to use it at once. I also encountered some noise from the hallway and above my room, which interrupted my sleep at times. The pool was a little smaller than I expected, and it was lukewarm during my visit. Overall, it feels like there’s potential that isn’t fully realized yet, but the breakfast and staff friendliness definitely made up for some of the shortcomings.

The staff was friendly and efficient, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere during my business trip.
